Return and Replacement policy

Craftlogically Me is purely a handmade based establishment, where we take utmost care and attention to deliver you the best quality of unique handcrafted products always

Although in an unfortunate event of a defective or an incorrect product delivered, the claim window of return/replacement of any order will be closed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Claim process:

• Please reach out via WhatsApp feature on website or email to support@craftlogicallyme.com with the following details 

  • Order Id

  • Unpacking video

  • Details of the issue

  • Claim type – return or replacement 

• We will validate and approve for the product return/replacement based on the information and reach out to you, if necessary for more details. 

•  After approval, order will be picked up by our shipping partner and delivered back to us. Please ensure to have the original packaging intact.

• We will inspect and quality check the products and initiate the return or replacement

Terms

•  We do not accept returns or replacement unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect product received.  

• A refund gives you a one time use gift coupon with zero validity for the bill amount of the product and a replacement gives a one-time opportunity to get the same product replaced or a different product with same price based on the product availability.

• Please ensure to record the unpacking video from the start for claiming the return/replacement.

• For return/replacement of more than one product purchased in the same bill, please mention order ID, full unpacking video and details of claim(s) in a single email.

•  Please note, without the video validation as received from the client, no claim would be processed.

•  Dispatch time for Replacement of damaged or incorrect product will take 7 business days. 

•  No Refund/Return/Replacement for customised products / bulk orders.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to operational constraints, we do not accept order cancellations. We encourage customers to avoid placing impulsive orders.

Order Cancellation:

  • If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by reaching out to us through Whatsapp available in the website or email us to craftlogically.me@gmail.com 

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Custom-Made or bulk Orders:

We do not accept cancellations or returns for custom-made or bulk orders. Please ensure the requirements given are correct before placing your custom or bulk order.
